IPOH: Perak DAP chairman Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham, who courted controversy over a recent Twitter posting which questioned Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin's intention to stage a protest against the video clip, "Innocence of Muslims" tomorrow, has apologised to Muslims who have been offended by his tweet.
