Truckee Town Clerk Judy Price and her sister Tracy Copeland enjoy a laugh at the ceremony honoring Truckee residents for self-registering with the Donate Life Organ and Tissue Transplant Registry. Copeland received a liver transplant in 1998 and continues to lead an active life.
