July 26, 2012Intestinaladmin Jill Nolen, 23, of North Fork leaves tomorrow for her second appearance at the Transplant Games of America in Grand Rapids, Mich. where 1,500 transplant recipients from around the country will compete in 13 sports in four days starting Saturday.
