Dawn Nelson was dying, breath by breath — until a stranger's organs saved her. Now, she lives her life for two. "I have someone else's heart and lungs inside of me, beating and pulsating," said Nelson, the first person since 1996 to undergo a heart and double-lung transplant at the University of Kentucky. "I feel I have to go on for that person. ... They live through me."
