Sheila Cuerdo, an 18-year-old Business Administration major living in Infanta, Quezon rarely got sick – in fact, her relatively good health and strong body was something that her mother Menchie often remarked to others. In November of 2011, however, Sheila began to experience symptoms that puzzled her family.
