THE Davao Regional Hospital in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, was recognized as the number one hospital out of the 13 kidney transplant centers outside Metro Manila. Based on the 2007-2011 Transplant Census report of the Philippine Renal Disease Registry, the hospital was number eight out of the 32 transplant facilities in the country.
