WATERLOO, Iowa --- Lindsey Engelkes loves to dance, hike, bike and talk --- a lot. That's not unusual for a 27-year-old woman, but until her heart transplant two years ago, Engelkes was barred from physical activity, and didn't speak much because conversation drained her energy.
