Gurgaon, Jan 4 (IANS) Criticizing a city hospital for offering free intestinal transplant to the Delhi gang-rape victim, a leading cardiologist, who had monitored her treatment, Friday said the statement was "irresponsible" as the woman had to be stabilized first.
