MANILA, Philippines - Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Enrique T. Ona is the first Filipino surgeon to be named an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) during the 98th Clinical Congress, which is being held in Chicago, Illinois from September 30 to October 4, 2012.
