New Delhi, Apr 24 : Delhi Health Minister A K Walia today urged the MLAs and newly-elected Councilors to facilitate optimum utilisation of the 'Delhi Arogya Kosh Scheme' under which financial assistance is provided to the patients belonging to economically weaker sections.
